Sarah, from a tender age, has had an interest and a knack for the colloquial and personable written word. She loves all forms of communication – yes, even talking on the phone!
As an Account Coordinator at The Letter M, Sarah supports clients in the creation and implementation of communications and campaign assets that allow them to successfully connect with their target audiences. She assists in the deployment and development of content, supports senior staff with ongoing and new projects, and continuously strives to ensure clients’ expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
Sarah approaches her work with both an open mind and open ears, looking to absorb as much knowledge and understanding as possible. She’s consistently intrigued by evolving trends and cheeky campaigns that push boundaries and spark interest. Above all else, Sarah believes in the importance of communication. She promotes the personal philosophy to assume the best in others, bringing a positive and personable attitude to every conversation she’s a part of. She enjoys the client-facing nature of her role and thrives in social environments. She’s bubbly and friendly, so she’s a natural fit at TLM.
In her off time, when not walking her two Shiba Inus, Joey and Nike, Sarah enjoys all things artsy – she loves learning new art forms and often bites off more new hobbies than she can chew, taking an interest in makeup, nails, tattooing, painting, and drawing. She loves trying new foods and indulging in old favourites, but most of all, loves cooking for her friends and family.
