Sarah, from a tender age, has had an interest and a knack for the colloquial and personable written word. She loves all forms of communication – yes, even talking on the phone!
As an Account Manager and Digital Marketing Manager at The Letter M, Sarah leads the strategy, development, and execution of digital marketing initiatives that help clients connect meaningfully with their audiences. Her role spans campaign creation, video and social media asset development, and data-driven analysis to refine performance and engagement. With a strong focus on sharp copywriting, client support, and creative oversight, she collaborates closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, impactful work that consistently exceeds expectations.
Sarah approaches her work with both an open mind and open ears, looking to absorb as much knowledge and understanding as possible. She’s consistently intrigued by evolving trends and cheeky campaigns that push boundaries and spark interest. Above all else, Sarah believes in the importance of communication. She promotes the personal philosophy to assume the best in others, bringing a positive and personable attitude to every conversation she’s a part of. She enjoys the client-facing nature of her role and thrives in social environments. She’s bubbly and friendly, so she’s a natural fit at TLM.
In her off time, when not walking her two Shiba Inus, Joey and Nike, Sarah enjoys all things artsy – she loves learning new art forms and often bites off more new hobbies than she can chew, taking an interest in makeup, nails, tattooing, painting, and drawing. She loves trying new foods and indulging in old favourites, but most of all, loves cooking for her friends and family.
