Branding a Telecom Around Community
A telecommunications firm wanting to better connect with its customers? Now that’s ironic. But Bruce Telecom – serving Bruce and Grey County in Ontario – has been a community-owned utility for more than 100 years. The company stands out from the giant, faceless and often frustrating competitors in the market. Connecting the community and providing exceptional person-centre service has been at its core for a century and the identity and marketing didn’t reflect that.
Since 2016, The Letter M has helped Bruce Telecom build on these strengths and many others. We started by bringing a contemporary new look to their brand and online presence, introducing a clear positioning statement, and building fun, focused creative campaigns that celebrate their commitment to community and their employees while focusing on building long-term customers.
Our ongoing services have included strategic marketing planning, brand development and activation, digital marketing and advertising strategy and implementation, seasonal promotions and corporate social responsibility programs.
“We trust the team at The Letter M with the integrity of our brand – and as a bonus, their energy and enthusiasm make them a pleasure to work with.”
