Guelph Public Library
Rebranding and Community Engagement Program
A match made in heaven started when our team was engaged by the Guelph Public Library to lead a fulsome brand audit, best practices analysis and community dialogue to inform the creation of a bold, exciting new brand. The end deliverable resulted in no less than a redefinition of the very essence of what a library can be:
A dynamic, vital community hub and resource centre that is accessible to everyone.
Following its completion, our team created a comprehensive Brand Guidelines document, and oversaw its application across a range of deliverables including:
- brand launch activities
- printed and website banners
- corporate stationery and membership card
- promotional materials
- service and program magazine
- media relations
Our partnership continued with the planning, development and implementation of the Library’s first community-wide awareness and positioning campaign – Libraries Matter – setting the stage for the Library’s future as a cornerstone of the community (and garnering support for a new central library). Our work has included a visual look and implementation of various materials including photoshoots, a banner, bookmarks and pins, posters, social media memes, Bookmobile graphics and more.
