Andy helps guide the agency’s strategic direction, brand and reputation, while leading clients through top notch brand and strategy projects.

He is currently building TLM’s public sector strategy consulting business, with a focus on innovation, transformation, digital strategies and programs.

Andy has appeared on TVO’s The Agenda and has spoken at many public sector conferences, including AMO, AMCTO, OGRA/ROMA, the Launch of Code for Canada, Civic Tech Toronto Hack Nights, and more.

Dad to two, husband to one, Andy also sits on the board of CMHA Waterloo Wellington, Canadian Mental Health Association’s largest regional chapter.
