I scream, you scream, we all scream for Cheese Ice Cream?
This national Mac & Cheese Day, Kraft has partnered with Brooklyn-based Van Leeuwen Ice Cream to create the comfort food no one was asking for, Macaroni and Cheese Ice Cream. By some accounts it’s actually delicious, while others have said “This is what greets you at the gates of Hell.” Either way, from a brand point-of-view it’s a win-win. At $12 US a pint people might not put their money where their mouths are, but this marketing gimmick sure has people’s lips smacking, and isn’t that the point?
